PROJECT
We will utilize the rich natural resources unique to Southern and tropical region, conduct research on distinctive food culture, commercialize new marine products, conduct various cultivation tests / research on our own farm, and commercialize in the field of agriculture, forestry and fisheries. [Received the Kagoshima Governor's Award at the Kagoshima Prefecture Fisheries Promotion Convention's 55th Fisheries Product Fair held on 21 October 2021] With a tradition of over 2000 years in Italy and Spain, dried salted tuna is also known as the ‘cured ham of the sea’. While fascinated by this traditional method, years of research led to a unique maturing process that concentrates a rich umami, the fifth basic taste that Japanese food can boast to the world. Ichiki-Kushikino City boasts one of the largest numbers of pelagic tuna fishing vessels in Japan. Natural A-grade sashimi-grade tuna is selected by connoisseurs in Kushikino who know tuna inside out.
The Interman Group includes Leafair, a research and technology group in the field of civil engineering and construction. In addition to soil improvement using bentonite, we are working in partnership with national institutions and universities in the energy field. We are also challenging the major themes we face in Japan. In cooperation with these group companies, we will carry out activities that contribute to the future of humanity.
