History

1991

Shigeki Uetabira, a student of the present table, established Interman Co., Ltd. with his friends in an apartment near the university. Published a company introduction magazine for university students. (-1994)

1995

With the liberalization of communications, we started our business as an agent for toll phones and mobile phones. Accumulated know-how on the use of telemarketing, databases, and the Internet.

Relocate the garage to an office that has been renovated by hand.

1996

Work on research on efficiency improvement by reforming fuel. (-1998)

1998

Established Yokohama sales office.

Started wholesale business of office supplies and consumables for business establishments. Products handled: Recycled toner, office mail order “ASKUL”

Established Japan Salvage Co., Ltd. in Kagoshima. (The predecessor of Leafair Corporation.)

2002

Increased capital and moved from limited company to corporation.

2003

Tokyo office opened (Takanawa)

2004

Interman was the second largest in the sales growth rate of “ASKUL”.

2005

Japan's first! Started importing and selling water-flow air cleaners. (-2013)

2006

Headquarters office relocation (Canse Bld., in front of Kagoshima Chuo Station,)

2009

Design, develop, manufacture and sell “water flow type air cleaner” as its own brand.

Tokyo office relocation (Tamachi)

2011

Started selling vegetable detergent and fulvic acid deodorant.

2012

Osaka office opened.

The “Bodyphon” prototype is displayed in the United States at “Visit Japan” of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

2013

“Bodyphon” receives “Good Design Award” “equipment for public”.

Opened the Institute of Art Design Natural Science and started using the ruins of elementary school.

Leafair Corporation starts business in Sendai.

Started investment and collaboration with Mofilia Co., Ltd. based on biometric technology.

2015

Installed “Bodyphon” as equipment for “Slash Asia”.

Leafair Corporation relocated (Sendai)

Acquired “Pharmaceutical sales permit”

2016

Published “Bodyphon” in Nihon Keizai Shimbun. Selected as Pioneers Asia Shoalm at the same time.

Introduces “Bodyphon” to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry lobby.

Started seaweed seedling growth test jointly with Kagoshima University. (Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, manufacturing subsidy business)

2017

Relocation of Tokyo office (Shiba Daimon), opening of Interman Group Tokyo headquarters.

2018

A proposal for a fuel supply project to Bungo-ohno City cycling hub facility in Oita Prefecture (Leafair Corporation) was adopted and the facility completed.

Selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a core company in the region to be a candidate for a leader in the regional economy (Kagoshima)
